Nowadays the contracture of the elbow joint remains an urgent problem of traumatology.
Over the past two years, 30 children with post-traumatic elbow joint contracture were treated in the physiotherapy department of the Institute, rehabilitation of which plays a major role in physiotherapy exercises, electrophoresis with lidase, novocaine, phonophoresis of 1% hydrocortisone are also prescribed.
If there is damage to the nerves, electrical stimulation of the nerves is performed.
Observations show that restoration of joint function depends on many factors, such as the mechanism and severity of the injury, then how early the rehabilitation procedures started and were carried out.
